**Please note: Disconnect and turn off all computers/TV/VCRs and all other electrical devices during any performance of electrical work . In some cases walls, ceilings & other areas will be opened during EMD's execution of work; damage sometimes occurs as a result of EMD's work, EMD shall, to its best ability repair the damage (a fee may apply). Date work scheduled may be changed by EMD due to weather or availability of EMD. A $50 per day late fee & or $50 payment pickup fee shall apply to any late payments. Payments are due on install date unless otherwise noted. Install date will be listed on estimates, contracts, invoices and other paperwork. The earliest install date is the date that all payments are due in full. Reasonable & customary fees (these may include fees of collection agencies, lawyers, EMD time to figure & bill these fees, & interest that will be applied if customer is in payment default. Bank charges for uncleared checks shall apply. ALL invoiced & other discounts will be voided by any late or defaulted payments. Customers may rescind the contract within 3 days as allowed by law. An un-rescinded contract (rescission need be declared in writing and received within the three day period) will be treated as an open, working agreement. Any work scheduled or completed, in accordance with the customer's wishes, by EMD within 3 days of the signing of the contract voids the option to rescind and the guarantee to a 3 day rescission period. Permit costs vary as they are set by the town. If no charge for a permit is billed it means that customer or builder gets the permit. It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of all demo. material or a fee will be charged for removal of the materials. All work on any and all associated jobs will be postponed at EMD's discretion due to bad payment performance.
